1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on dewi66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are registering and playing on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of dewi66 or any affiliated organization;
5. You have not been previously excluded or banned from the dewi66 platform or had an account closed for cause;
6. You understand and accept that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate voluntarily.

dewi66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the dewi66 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or household accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued ID);
• Valid date of birth;
• Active email address and mobile phone number;
• Preferred payment details (bank account or e-wallet).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP). dewi66 will never ask you for your password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dewi66 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with internationally recognized Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. The following requirements apply:

• Documents Required: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), or a valid passport for non-citizens, plus a recent selfie photograph held alongside the document.
• Proof of Address: May be requested for accounts with high transaction volumes. Acceptable documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence no older than three (3) months.
• Processing Time: KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or where submitted documents require additional review.
• Withdrawal Restriction: No withdrawal request will be processed for an account that has not completed KYC verification. dewi66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
• Ongoing Monitoring: We may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing AML compliance. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All KYC documents are processed and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes and are never shared with third parties except where required by law.

5 Deposits

dewi66 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Most deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The following conditions govern deposits:

1. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the dewi66 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
2. dewi66 charges no fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
3. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you must contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
4. dewi66 reserves the right to reverse deposits suspected of being fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms.
5. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be requested, even where no bonus has been claimed.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
2. Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Higher amounts may be processed in stages subject to security review.
3. Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours. dewi66 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
4. Verified Account Required: Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification (see Clause 4).
5. Name Matching: Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the dewi66 account. Mismatched name withdrawals will be declined.
6. Wagering Requirement Clearance: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before real-money funds generated in connection with that bonus may be withdrawn.
7. No Fees: dewi66 charges no withdrawal fees. Your financial institution may impose its own charges.
8. Fraud Checks: dewi66 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 7 business days for security and fraud investigation purposes. We will notify you if this applies.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

dewi66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms, which supplement and are read together with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x) will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute 10%–20%. Specific rates are listed in individual promotional terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any time unless promotional terms state otherwise.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet or spin is Rp 200,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: dewi66 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus, and to close an account, where we have reasonable grounds to believe a Member is engaging in Irregular Play or exploiting promotional terms.
• dewi66's Discretion: dewi66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the dewi66 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the dewi66 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues or system errors are void.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at specific odds, those odds are locked and will not change.
• Sports Betting: All sports markets, including football (bandar bola — online football betting), Asian Handicap (voor bola), and mix parlay (accumulator betting), are governed by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1). dewi66's resolution of disputed results is final.
• Live Betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time at dewi66's discretion. Bets placed on suspended markets are void.
• Togel: Togel (traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by the official draw provider. dewi66 publishes results promptly after each draw. No claims of result manipulation will be entertained where results are sourced from the official provider.
• Casino & Slots: All casino and slot games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Malfunction voids all pays and plays for that round.
• Voided Bets: Funds for voided bets are returned to the Member's account balance within 24 hours of the void decision.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-event payout is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific game or market. Winnings above this cap will be paid to this limit.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewi66 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through another individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits or withdrawals;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Using software bots, automated betting tools, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated from exploitation of known errors are void;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to extract value from promotional offers without genuine participation in the Platform's services;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening dewi66 staff or other Members through any channel;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials available on the dewi66 Platform are the exclusive property of dewi66 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without our express written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software underpinning the Platform;
• Use the dewi66 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written approval;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of dewi66 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy in full.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to deliver and improve our Services, comply with AML obligations, and fulfill our contractual obligations to you;
• Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes;
• All data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

dewi66 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have a duty to provide tools and resources to support those individuals.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours to 30 days with restricted account access;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible and take effect immediately.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewi66 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services;
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or security breaches attributable to events outside dewi66's reasonable control;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform arising from third-party infrastructure failures, including payment provider outages;
• Any financial decisions made by you in connection with your use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dewi66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

14 Suspension & Termination

dewi66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the Member;
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling us to restrict access;
• At the Member's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not the result of a Terms violation), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of reason.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Accounts cannot be closed while there is a pending withdrawal request or an active responsible gaming cooling-off period in effect.

15 Amendments

dewi66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Where practicable, notify registered Members via email or in-platform notification prior to changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms always governs your use of the Platform.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction in which dewi66 is incorporated.

dewi66 operates its platform as an international online gaming service. Players access the Platform from Indonesia at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. dewi66 makes no representation that the Services are legal or available in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support escalation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
